No I think it has more to do with panic.
If you look at the history of announcements, I don't see where we have been let down in the past. They can't just make little filler announcements. Have you ever spoken to the CEO yourself? He won't do it. However if you take the iron resource on it's own, I believe it is enough to warrant holding this stock.
