Let me inform you of Capitulation Theory., actually worth googling.
But essentially it's when a SP capitulates on real panic selling where the Holders have held for a long time but then throw in the towel at whatever price they can get.
Now, this is followed by a significant rally as raw panic is not a good way to trade. So, we could experience a GRADUAL rally, but it will be slow.
