Gottlovemt, i didnt mean to seem like i was complaining more a reality shock than anything. I still think they are doing a great job & they are doing exactally what they need to be doing. I have been holding for close to 6 years now. I just don't think the SP holds higher now without a plan for production. I just had a realisation that the plan wont come until they have all the info around Dorado.
TBH i was hopeful of a plan coming later this year/early 18 after they had results. But my feeling is that it will be closet to 2020.
I always expected to hold beyond 2020.
Um in relation to your comment i do hold some commercial property Melbourne. Id never buy residential investment property. 10 years typically but melbournes been moving a bit quicker than that recently.
