My goodness Winnie, don't you have kids to get off to school or are you through that era? I have better things to do then faff around on here all day, so I'll be brief.

I have no idea who the seller(s) are but it is definitely not the major shareholder. So, logical deduction is the strategic investor bailing out or a wealthy sophisticated investor cutting. Otherwise, it could be the aggregation of Agent Cooper, Buster, and retail investors getting spooked by taking on board the advice here. The question is what will it take for a bounce to manifest?

I spent my career in equities so I can say the drivers of value are three fold: 1) sum of discounted future cash flows; 2) management's ability to under-promise and over deliver (spin); 3) point in the macro cycle.

On top of that you can add in soft factors like minimal broker coverage and large retail shareholder base (read flighty).

As you have time I'll leave it to you to reconcile the ordering and how each variable is impacting the current rating.

As for project finance, what needs to change for debt funding to be secured to get the project into production? That would be a useful contribution as other than mortgages, bonds and margin loans I am not across PF.
