RRL is showing a pennant from its high of .62 and could easily break out to the upside.
Technicals are a bit mixed and last nights gold stock action wasn't bullish.
If there is a break the first price projection is 3.72 with the next target at 3.82
Interestingly major resistance/support for both targets sits at 3.57
