There have been substantial changes to the company since suspension so ASX rules would need to be followed.. as stated in the announcement
"Reinstatement to Trading on the ASX With substantial funding in place, Australasian will now seek for its shares to be reinstated to trading on the ASX. This will principally involve the completion and release of a prospectus or information memorandum containing full details on the company, including on the agreements with APAC and Shougang Entities. This prospectus style document is well advanced and Australasian expects that its shares will be reinstated to trading within the coming weeks."
