Netlinkz technology turns traditional connectivity on its head.
( IMO ) Increased cyber security and productivity increases for government , business and the general public introduce a several generation advance in the use of IT capabilities.
Because the product is so outstanding and because of comprehensive patent grants I have remained confident about my long term investment in Netlinkz.
Early management had been strong on innovation and development but lacked seasoned experience in bringing such significant technology to the market. Priorities and woeful mistakes in commercialisation painfully reflected in the market .
This has clearly changed with the new executive leadership and team.
The Netlinkz China Telecom announcement is a reflection of the potential impact of the new strategy.
What leap out were the following extracts:
"JNN and Netlinkz demonstrated the technology to China Telecom Wuxi late last year and the testing phase is expected to be complete by March 2017."
"Software engineers completed a live trial with China Telecom and the business was suitably impressed with the technology to push forward with a plan for customer trials almost immediately."
"JNN has successfully secured the appropriate registration and licensing to allow for the sale of Netlinkz’s VIN and VSP technologies in the market along with the infrastructure and professional staff needed to support Netlinkz’s initial push into the market."
Currently underway are "customer trials of its technology with China Telecom Wuxi " and JNN/Netlinkz in "ongoing negotiations with the organisation ( China Telecom) to commercialise the technology through its substantial customer base, pending a successful trial result."
"China Telecom has dedicated eight software engineers and three servers to the internal trial and partnership, while a number of Netlinkz employees have relocated to China to work with JNN staff to help ensure a smooth trial."
End of extracts.
The magnitude of engagement with China Telecom is significant and I will be interested to see hopefully with some level of confidence, information on potential market uptake and figures .
China Telecom has the size and importantly the appetite for significant technology innovation.
