Yes it is a little ambiguous, and I have sought clarification. It could imply RAP is done just waiting on valuation, or it could imply valuation is the primary remaining requirements and other things are still getting sorted out too - who knows. The two quotes potentially contradict each other as well, in that if you discount the one-liner in highlights it could imply valuation by quarter end then RAP after that, but again who knows. Bit to much overthinking on my part on a Friday afternoon me thinks.
