So now Siebels Hard Asset Fund is selling.  WUC's third largest shareholder sold 116,300 shares between February 16 and 22, representing about six percent of the fund's position.

WUC's three largest shareholders:

George Glasier  26.52%
Russell Fryer/Baobab  21.47%
Siebels Hard Asset Fund  10.24%

The other two WUC directors' holdings are minimal:

Andrew Wilder  1.37%
Michael Skutezky  0.03%
