"I'm wondering what and when will they reach optimum output after expected production sometime in Sep. It may take time. Higher costs of production is now a reality for many miners. ",

With the current price fo the product, they could still borrow and pay it back in no time at all, thus eliminating the shares dilution.

Also who is getting the share placement? Does it go to some frendlies?
