05/03/2007 Zicom Group reported NPAT up 240% to $3.15m for the half-year ended 31 December 2006. Revenues from ordinary activities were $38.75m, up 119.7% on the pcp. Diluted EPS was 1.8 cents compared to 0.6 cents in the pcp. Net operating cash flow was $2.09m compared to $1.18m in the pcp. The interim dividend was 0.15 cents, compared with nil in the pcp.

22/02/2007 Zicom Group advised that the recently acquired MTA-Sysmac Automation ("MTA-Sysmax") has, together with Missouri Tooling & Automation ("MTA"), secured orders for 4 automated production lines for ink jet catridges for a leading USA ink jet manufacturer. Out of these orders, MTA is responsible to supply the first 3 production lines from the USA and MTA-Sysmac to supply the fourth production line from Singapore. These orders total over US$8m (A$10.3m) of which almost 70% are attributable to MTA, USA and the balance to MTA-Sysmac.

29/11/2006 Zicom Group will pay its first interim dividend out of profits earned since 1 July 2006 at the rate of $0.0015 cents per share, amounting to approx $274,000. The dividend will be paid on 19 January 2007 to shareholders on record on 21 December 2006.

23/11/2006 Zicom Group announced total orders as at September 30 2006 have increased to $61.6m of which $56.1m was scheduled to be delivered within the FY2007 and $5.5m in 2006. Hence, in the first quarter the company has secured further orders of $16.6m. The company advised that the first quarters un-audited accounts ending 30 September 2006, show that the group achieved a consolidated revenue of $19m and a net consolidated operating profit after tax of $1.5m.
