To put something in layman's terms is to describe a complex or technical issue using words and terms that the average individual (someone without professional training in the subject area) can understand, so that they may comprehend the issue to some degree.
Therefore in the opinion of Hotnickel (TFHN), the management at RLC attempted to make an announcement via a trading halt of some description good, bad or otherwise.
The ASX were not happy with the content of the announcement and placed the stock in a trading halt anyway pending the company to provide better and or more particulars regarding the said announcement.
