xmanrocks - basing future PE's on EPS I think the outcome is different. RHC has averaged over 16 % compound growth per annum over the past 9 years. If we are conservative and project forward at 12 % pa it would only take 4 years to arrive at a figure of PE 19, and I'm confident RHC can achieve this.
