At the time of the last announcement I formed the view, along with others, that there was a fair amount of work left to be completed before some positive milestone being achieved. If we are to take SMN directors seriously wrt corporate governance then we should assume that this latest announcement re a director buying shares only reinforces my opinion that there must still be a considerable amount of work and time before that much-anticipated milestone. If for example something very positive was to be announced say in the next couple of weeks then ASIC would have to investigate the timing of this latest share purchase if it was doing its job.

Don't misunderstand me, I'm a shareholder and fully supportive of any director purchasing shares, but the issue here may be the timing if any significant announcements follow soon after. Particularly in view of that same director selling soon after some very strong marketing last year.
