Better late than never Sister 1. The March Cobalt exploration program once it begins (surface sampling and drilling) should give the price a spike. That's if Admiral Bay doesn't move things first. I expect that some of these advanced discussions re AB will bear fruit before March. What intrigues me though is how much of a stake potential partners would be willing to take in the project. If you were CNFC would you want to share a resource like AB with other potential competitors. This is all dependant of course on just who else they are having discussions with.
