Certainly is one field in the minds of ANP.
Have no idea whether it would prevent Petrobras from sell "part" of the field (ie Verde but not Mestico) but all the development plans submitted to ANP link the two.
"RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (Reuters) - The National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP) denied a request for reconsideration by Petrobras and maintained a decision in favor of the unification of the Green Turtle and Mestizo Turtle fields in the Campos Basin.
The negative was set at a board meeting last week and published this Friday on the local authority's website.
Based on this decision, Petrobras will have to consider the two areas as one, which should lead to higher amounts to be paid as government shares, when the areas, considered promising, start the extraction.
The ANP also determined that the oil company will present a new Development Plan for the unified areas, which will be called Green Turtle, within six months after the completion of the Advanced Production System (SPA) from a well on the site."
