Kepo, all the issues you have raised are to do with the risk of possible events that have not yet happened not happening. The value to the business of any such event will be discounted for the preceived level of risk of that event not happening before it has happened, and once it has happened the value of that event will be fully priced in.

There is no such thing as a free lunch - you either buy a stock which is discounted for known risks or you pay the un-discounted price when those risks have been eliminated.

If you are thinking about buying a significant chunk of this business, as you imply you are, why don't you call Todd who can maybe enlighten you as to why you think he has pushed the SP up with his forecasting/guidance - why would anyone here know what the reasons are behind what Todd is doing any better than Todd himself?

As far as Todd promoting the stock (and until the Indue deal, meeting all his "promises" or targets) give me any day a company where management actually communicates with the market and does what it says its going to do, versus companies who either don't communicate to the market at all (and hence remain under-valued even if good businesses) or companies who simply fail to meet most or all of the expectations they set.

And as for blue sky opportunities (Star Pos and Bank in a Box, etc) the SP has not priced any of that in, imo, so nobody is paying for blue sky opportunities at this stage.

    Cheers, Sharks.
