the states wont except a 10 billion clean up of our water problem, but in turn the answer is to make our internet faster! I think ppl lose site of how much a billion dollars is! so if you do some calcs on a population of 20 million, on 4.7 billion it = $235 for every person in australia. so with this new policy labour is going to spend $235 for everyone of our population. In the mean time dams are running dry.
