In essence it mentions that JRV's Board formed the opinion that Intec's proposals were NOT in the best interests of JRV shareholders and do not accurately reflect the real value of the Company's assets & its potential going forward as a nickel and cobalt producer!
Well....it was a "MERGER PROPOSAL" - is this the end, or really the beginning of the games??? Personally I am not unhappy of this eventuality...I always thought that JRV have the power in this negotiation whereby Intec needed JRV more than the other way around.
