When you write off/down WIP where time will turn it into cash ,,,,,,the reporting periods following should allow you to report higher margins. So while we are all spooked ( me included) by failure to get cash flow moving in the right direction.........we don't actually know the reasons why.
I am busy on a real project and SGH is in hobby territory for me... but there will be lots of explaining the whys over the next week. When I can and have the time I shall proffer my own view.
Meanwhile - we ate the Paddies and the Taffies and are going after the Nigels at Twickenham in 2 weeks. They dont like it up em.
