I agree champee, there is a lot that we aren't being told and that is infuriating.
Who are the 4 new fortune 1000 clients, and why would Merchants drop their action, other than being satisfied that things are a lot better than the figures tell us at present , and that a ramp up with the bigger fortune 1000 companies is going to play out well. There must be something coming of decent value, for merchants to load up and withdraw their notice of wind up.

I still say, don't give your shares away cheaply. You can be sure that, merchants or others will soak the lot and more at this cash backed level, and run it later on new client signings or takeover and acquisition plans.
