Royal Bank of Scotland still a basket case a decade after the GFC...the GFC that Skol says "wasn't so bad".
$7 billion loss this year, looking to axe 10,000 jobs, has made a huge loss every year for the last 9 years - total losses over that period = $74 billion.....
