I think if you compare and contrast 1PG against some other listed tech company like xpe or iot, 1pg is bringing in revenue, just not as much as expected, and yes spending is a problem which need to be focused. I would say the 1pg asset definitely worth some value, not what it is today because its enterprise value is priced < $0.

The change of focus from smaller coperation to fortune 1000, may be also due to new CEO's direction, as well as running a sales team that focus on a smaller set of prospects will be more cost effective (aka, lesser spending as the quarterly comment puts it).
