Has the science failed, has the board managed to mislead, the FDA, Nasdaq and ASX, its peers?
Are you stating that MSB is an Enron (Founded 1930-2001) eg 71 years old, with 20000 employees, revenues of $101Bn?
Are you stating that Sarbanes Oxley is a waste of time?
what are you saying are the similarities of Enron to MSB, be specific?
