Yes point taken but the goal post they've placed here is only a month away. I suspect the deal is pretty much finalized if that's what they're saying today. They're just waiting for senior signatures. If not, and nothing eventuates, I'll make my displeasure known to the BOD. But this is the first time they've effectively given a in-less-than-a-month commitment to a material announcement
