Sure - I accept that its "within range" BUT we need better than that, better than within range. We need someone with exceptional technical expertise, "over the horizon" vision and the capacity to apply this to the product! THIS is NOT someone "within range".....it is someone with exceptional capacity to grasp the reality of this technology, protect it, contribute to it and further develop it.....THAT is no "mid range personnel!
