Thank you, one and all. I was of the mistaken position that that the agreement with Veris had yet to be sealed: will sleep better after your re-asurement. and hope nothings changed in a year. Will breath a big sigh when we hear of dirt moving. And no, I don't know otherwise, just been accumulating over 5 years, keeping a finger(s) on the pulse; but I missed this and it looks sorted in my head. More tempting.
