Yes I think that it's true that ACX is already the largest global player in its space, with around twice the revenue of next in line Procore.

ACX does look to have by far the greatest global presence, with 53 offices in 23 countries, while Procore is only in the planning stage of opening offices outside the USA (it does have overseas users however).

And yes, ACX are also already investing heavily in growth, with a $28.3m marketing spend and $9.2m product-development spend shown in the last half-year results and ongoing commitments.
