Well the break out never came, not yet anyway. Seemingly not a buyer in sight for this little gem but I would say accumulating anywhere below 1.85 is excellent value given earnings and prospects. A similar scenario happened after dividend a few months back, didnt drop on the day but some selling in the week after before a massive run commenced. Things still seem very positive, WIP is at record levels and GM seems pleased with how things are heading. It is a thinly traded stock so the impatient sellers are dumping creating a dip but it is a good time to take their stock at below what i would consider true value.
