As stated in section 4.7.2 of the Company's prospectus, the Company has entered into two Memorandums of Understanding. The Company hereby disclose these parties as:
Club Trading & Distribution Pty Ltd; and
Australian Diary Farms Limited and Camperdown Dairy Company Pty Limited (together one party).
The Company is undertaking commercial negotiations with these two parties with a view to enter into legally binding agreements. As at the date of this agreement, no legally binding agreements have been entered into."
