Cash sweep occurs at the end of the quarter, directly after, so it's logical that they would make a payment and announcement early April, 5 weeks away. The cash sweep also was changed with the CD reorg announcement to "After each of the March, June and September 2017 Quarters, Atlas will be entitled to transfer cash on hand in excess of A$80m into a dedicated reserve account, subject to a cap of A$20m per quarter and A$45m in aggregate. "
So they can bank another $20m per quarter and whatever is left they have to pay to the lenders. Once they hit 45m in the reserve kitty they can bank no more.
