No bid no restrictions they should get on with investor roadshows and a 1 for 4 issue with attaching option. LIT overseas investors cannot participate and the rest will have to out their hands in their pockets and fork out cash.
If they forgo I am sure other sophisticated investors will pick up the slack - it is a very attractive proposition but I think they are waiting for the release of EMH PFS.
Any event I have reserved some cash to participate fully.
