You do wonder why they go to the wire in terms of releasing statutory reports. Technically, as far as I know, they have until 5pm WST. Otherwise, I think the ASX stipulates that they are suspended.
Three things to look for:
1. Wifi news
2. Capital raising or confirmation that it is not required
3. Half-yearly loss (I'm thinking $2.5 million unless they revalue an asset)
