Pamplona Trader to answer your question I found you a cheaper Cobalt play than ARL.....COB.
Lol. No args both are insanely cheap. ARL should IMHO be a premium to CLQ on sheer resource size and COB at least CLQ on size/ quality.
The market has got these three in the wrong order. I guess CLQ further along development stage is all and more commercially advanced but with massive Cobalt shortages looming.....expect ARL and COB to sign similar deals to CLQ's
