Why on earth would you want a higher bid by PDN for this stock?
It does not earn any money and can't be valued according to any buffet fundamental ratios. These stocks are just hype. Priced with a dream. The time it takes to get U out of the ground and into production is so long that the boom may well be over by then.
In the last correction it dropped down to 3.6.
The best result for shareholders is to take the money and run. This is just like the internet boom.
