Yes I was much the same. Seriously tempted to buy at 50c to 55c but I am full. Unlike a couple of players here who sold out in full, I would need at least three days to do the same, so I am like the pig in the chicken and pig conversation over who commits most to breakfast of bacon and eggs. I was in a morning concert as the stock plunged, I confess I was concerned, but 50c was ridiculous. Intersting that NC disclosed buying orobably minutes after doing so. About the quickest disclosure ever and clearly designed to steady nerves, which it did in my case. But this time no buying from GR disclosed, unless thats tomorrow.
Having had a chance to reflect, over a bottle of 1998 Penfold 389 and a bit of an inferior CSM while watching bowls on TV, i've decided to treat it like my marriage. I have a few issues with how things are reported to me, but overall things could be worse. The company has largely undelivered on their forecasts, but its like children being overenthusiastic. Now the market has brought them again back to where I first invested. One would have to say they represent a better risk reward play now sub 60c than they were then.
Unless there are serios contenders that I'm not aware of, they are likely to stay in the ASX300 given their sales trajectory.
While the most bullish HC commentators looked for a $10 takeout in Years to come, I can see a $1.25 bid attracting board consideration this year. However, my risk is only to the upside. Anything less would be unacceptable, and a couple of these elusive licensing deals could change the dynamics anyway.
For all those who held their nerve today, markets tend to reward thise who can hold their nerve while all others are panicking. Its rarely a good idea to sell on an emotional reaction. That has nothing to do with wisdom, its just my experience.
