Fully diluted is if we hit out milestones and have JORC and mining. So if you want to include the milestone and escrowed shares thats fine, however I exclude it.
Heres a breakup of the vendor shares of 150m if I can remember correctly.
1st milestone 75m of which 35m is escrowed.
2nd milestone 35m with JORC
3rd milestone 35m with JORC mining.
I note the grade a key requirements is 0.6% Cobalt which is very high grade for JORC and hard to establish. Read the announcement and double check the figures.
