If your theory is correct then the SP will be held hostage to this ongoing battle between mgmt & CN holder for months until first revenues are actually banked. All as a result of a dog of a CN deal with holders paying the price for such shenighans.
This theory trumps mine of a large investor accumulating in order to obtain a controlling interest when the time is right. Another scenario not in holders favour either IMO. Sheesh.
