Can anyone shed any light on who can actually access these HFT Bot's? I just cant call up someone and say here is 1m shares, can you cap this or drip feed this stock for me?
Surely its only very limited institutions that can do this, is the C/N holder in L1 someone that has access to these facilities?? are they really that big a player in the scheme of things?
