I wouldn't worry about this price, or the 100k offer. I spoke to some hedgefunds in EU/US overnight, they will be looking at adding this for risk/reward based on the binary outcome.
All comes down to the court case outcome -> if we win -> $3+, if we lose $1.40-1.50 support. risk/reward is in our favour at these levels. Tribeca who bought a lot at 2.40-50 wont be happy but that is how the cookie crumbles.
