I question I have which I am sure a few will answer is if Regius owned the lease in between MUS & GEM ie a percentage of it then surely it would be lot more valuable in 12 to 24 months time if MUS is then fully operating & profitable ( Plus GEM could even buy it ) to sell as MUS still has a lot of land in the other direction already so no current shortage of land to prospect? It doesn't make sense why you would sell now even before a single ruby has been sold ?
