    What are your thoughts on how you are going to fund the way forward? Probably a redundant question if TO proceeds.
    Some of the arguements and logic here are so binary. "Lit wants LPD so therefore Sileach is a dud"
    As I see it LIT went to court seeking a ruling, LPD counter claimed and subsequently dropped their counter claim. End of litigation. LIT retains licenses for LMax and has work to do on Sileach. Both require further work/testing
    LIT wants Lmax/LPD because it can have both. Creating a 1 stop metallurgical solution for treatment of a number of Li ore types. Its just business. These 2 companies will be competing for funding in future , far more synergy and benefit to merge them imo
