I was told for weeks that they guarantee that i will be getting everything i asked for (it was a serious 5-figit number). Only to find out on Friday that I can only get about 5K worth. And now they wont even talk to me to confirm the 5K.

I think the broker is working hard to make someone else richer at my expense - they literally have my "guaranteed" allocation to somebody. Presumably somebody's nephew or a cousin.

The excuse is that broker was "let down by the corporate team".
