Just a thought: I wonder if the "mock documents" description is a reference to running an IAM trial in comparison to a parallel handling of the same client data through NAB's existing processes (the "real documents").
If the resultant mock S.O.A.s from IAM are similar or better than the real NAB version for the same clients and the cost is much less, a formal contract should follow rather quickly.
