the market needs rationalisation of failures, and hopes that change can equal success .
Previous management had a mixed bag.
Yes, they did the ground work to get to where we are.
But, that also involved a lot of dead ends, and guidances that looking pretty weak at the end of the day, is where belief in what they were doing was tarnished with a poor decision making brush.
