Pommie, I doubt it's manipulation in the sense you mean it. The buyers on the match will try to ensure the sp matches at 15.5c whilst the sellers will try to get 16c. each are trying to get a better price than they could achieve in normal trading. Sometimes you can pick up a bargain on the match, which is what the last minute buyers did as they effectively jumped the 15.5c queue.
