It came back today and tested the break out area. MACD still high, RSI has come off a lot.
Maybe some sideways, maybe not. Its hard to know. Cobalt is at an all time high which I don't think the market is quite trusting of as yet. Probably a battle being played out here between fundamentals and technicals. I'm expecting more volatile behaviour and wouldn't be surprised to see that higher gap filled this week. Now CLQ have got a cornerstone investor I think stocks like BAR and CNJ must come onto the radar especially if they nail the low Capex figure of 65 million they have previously estimated. It might take the metallurgy results to act as a trigger or for the neighbours to come onboard and give them a bigger resource.

But to put it simply. Cobalt price is 65 000 AUD/ton.
    Costs previously estimated at $5 or 6 a pound of cobalt(say 12000 AUD/ton)
    Produce 3000 ton x $65000 = $195 000 000 annually
    minus costs 3000 ton x $12000 = $36000 000
equals earnings of $159 000 000 annually at the current cobalt price or roughly
    80 million each.
And people are selling this off

This is obviously a fantasy set of figures and just a projection
but its a bloody interesting projection and it'd be a quick payback.
They have got some hoops to jump through first but I think
with CLQ's latest announcement the fantasy just got a little more real.
I've been over these figures a few times to the best of my knowledge
they are correct. I'd love to hear some other opinions.
