I also love the ascention of Dirk to the CEO position. The company needs at the helm someone who understands intimately the products as his Chem PHD allows him to. The focus now is on wooing customers not investors hence the change from NC to DV. DV is a good technical communicator who can engage the expert agents of the interested clients at their level of detail. And on a personal level, he seems affable, genuine and confident without the arrogance one might expect.
I'm super pleased with the ongoing board changes, the CEO appointment, and the strengthening fundamentals.
