Moving to become a solely US listed company was always one of the company's earlier aims, whether that's still the case I don't know. It's a contentious issue and has been discussed to death previously and I personally don't want to have all that speculation come up again (if anyone does feel free to start a new thread).
As it stands at the moment, we have to appoint a new Aussie director.
