Wow, that's a case that's hard to lose. Anyway some people don't how SGH no-win no-fee cases work. What happens in CA cases is SGH gets a funder like IMF which then pays SGH as case progresses. The barrister gets paid as it bills SGH (an expense). If and when SGH wins the funder gets a big percentage for taking the risk not SGH which has been paid all along.
